The bowl turns around a stationary tool, giving bread and enriched dough room to stretch rather than being forced around a central planetary head. The supplied roller, hook, scraper, beaters and two bowls create a broad baking system straight from the box. Use the roller and dough knife for controlled kneading, switch to the dough hook for larger or firmer batches, then move to the beater bowl for cakes, cream and meringue.
