Warranty Policy

Conditions & Exclusions:

COOKERLICIOUS.COM shall not be obliged to repair or replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. The product can be taken directly in person or must be adequately packaged and returned, by recorded delivery (or an equivalent method of postage), to COOKERLICIOUS.COM Head Office at Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Alternatively, customers can also try calling the designated customer service number as advertised on the website. This guarantee applies only for products purchased and used for domestic purposes and will not cover any damage which occurs as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow product guideline instructions, or modification or unauthorized repair of the product, faulty packaging by the owner, or mishandling by any carrier.

It also does not cover normal wear and tears, maintenance or replacement of consumable parts, or the following:

  • damages or poor results specifically due to wrong voltage or frequency as stamped on the product ID or specification
  • using the wrong type of water or consumable
  • mechanical damages, damage as a result of lightning or power surges
  • damage to any glass or porcelain ware in the product
  • accidents including fire, flood, etc – professional or commercial use.

 

 

Limitation & Transferability of Warranty

COOKERLICIOUS.COM Manufacturer’s Warranty only applies to the original purchase and is not transferable. Any attempt to transfer the warranty or unregistered claims will result in termination of the warranty in its entirety.

Limitations of Liability

We do not cover damages caused by improper use of COOKERLICIOUS.COM products as our manufacturer’s warranty only applies to defect in the product itself.

This includes: 

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence; or
  • False claims or fraudulent misrepresentations.

 

Warranty Rules Brand By Brand 

 

Ankarsrum - 7 years warranty 

The AKM6230 machine has a 7-year factory warranty which covers the machine excluding the stainless steel bowl and other accessories.

The warranty only applies to machines purchased by an Authorized Retailer, used in your own household and when you have followed the instructions in the manual. The warranty does not apply to transport damage or in the event of incorrect or careless usage or commercial use. The warranty does not apply in the event of incorrect maintenance. The machine must not be used for anything other than what it is intended for. The machine must not be opened or otherwise repaired by anyone other than personnel from Ankarsrum or a designated service point for the warranty to apply. Your receipt acts as your warranty certificate and must be provided when making a warranty claim.

 

Excalibur - 1 year warranty

Limited Warranty: This Excalibur product is guaranteed against defective material and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. We will repair or replace any defective product or part if returned to us with proof of purchase within the Warranty Period. Exclusions apply for commercial use and product abuse. All implied warranties are limited to

the Warranty Period. Excalibur shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. International warranty duration corresponds to the country of product usage.

 

Kitchenaid- 1 year warranty

If a KitchenAid part or item is believed to be defective during the guarantee period, we will replace it, or, at our discretion, substitute a replacement pan of similar value. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. 

Not covered:

  • Scratches

  • Stains

  • Discoloration or damage from overheating

  • Incidental or consequential damages 

 

Magimix- 30 years warranty

To benefit from the guarantee, you must provide the purchase invoice. Magimix has no obligation to repair or replace a product that is not accompanied by proof of purchase.


The guarantee is effective from the date of purchase and it applies to:

GreenPan- 2 years warranty 

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your GreenPan Cookware(the “product”) for the warranty periods defined below.

What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover any damage due to (a) use of the product not for regular household purposes or other misuse; (b) abuse; (c) failure to follow product instructions; (d) normal wear and tear; (e) modifications; (f) loss or damage in transit; or (g) accidents or other actions beyond our reasonable control.

 How long does the warranty last?
The warranty period for the product’s Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating is limited to two (2) years from the date of your purchase. For all other warranty claims unrelated to the product’s Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating, the warranty period starts from the date of your purchase and lasts until the end of your lifetime(as applicable, the “warranty periods”).

 

Scanpan warranty -

  • Classic- 10 years 
  • Pro IQ 10 years 
  • Impact 1 year  

 

What does the Scanpan warranty cover?

SCANPAN® fully guarantees our quality products to be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from date of purchase.

The SCANPAN 10-year warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.

If a defect is deemed to have been caused by a manufacturing fault, the defective cookware will be replaced free of charge with a similar product or one of equal value if the original product is no longer available.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use
  • Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage from overheating to the interior of the pan.
  • Consequential damage is expressly excluded from the warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Vitamix Warranty 

  • E310- 5 years 
  • A2500i- 10 years 
  • A3500i- 10 years 

 

  1. Who Can Seek Warranty Coverage.
    This Warranty is extended by Vitamix to the owner of this Blender for personal household use only. This Warranty does not apply to products used for commercial, rental or re-sale purposes. Should ownership of the blender change during the 10-year period

  2. What is Covered.
    Vitamix warrants to the owner that if this Blender (a “Blender” consists of a motor blender base, any blending container(s), lids and tamper(s) purchased together) fails within 10 years from the earlier of the date of purchase due or date of delivery as permitted by law due to a defect in material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary household use, Vitamix will, within 30 days of receipt of the returned blender, repair the failed Blender or component part of the Blender free of charge.If, in Vitamix’s sole discretion, the failed Blender or component part of the Blender cannot be repaired, Vitamix will elect to either (A) replace the Blender free of charge or (B) refund the full purchase price to the owner, unless Vitamix receives prior written notice of the owner’s preference.

  3. What is Not Covered.
    This Warranty does not apply to Blenders used commercially or in non-household applications. This Warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, such as discoloration or the effects of the use of abrasives or cleaners or food build up. This Warranty is only valid if the Blender is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safeguards contained in the owner’s manual.

    Containers: Grinding certain herbs and spices in the container/cup will result in cosmetic marring of the container/cup and may cause the blades to wear prematurely. Traces of sand, coarse gritty and abrasive herbs will also cause the blades to wear prematurely. Herbs may contain volatile oils, cause the container/cup to retain the oils and cause permanent discoloration. Your container/cup and blades are not covered under the Vitamix warranty under these circumstances.

    Vitamix will not be responsible for the cost of any unauthorized warranty repairs.

    REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES OF PURCHASER AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF VITAMIX UNDER THIS WARRANTY. NO EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE OF VITAMIX IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY OR ANY MODIFICATION TO THIS WARRANTY WHICH MAY BE BINDING UPON VITAMIX. ACCORDINGLY, PURCHASER SHOULD NOT RELY UPON ANY ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS MADE BY ANY EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE OF VITAMIX. IN NO EVENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL VITAMIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE.
