Designed around bread and batch baking, the open-bowl system makes it simple to add flour, scrape the sides and adjust dough while the machine works. A separate 3.5 L beater bowl then handles cakes, creams, meringues and cookie mixtures with the supplied whisks. The Matte Sunbeam Yellow finish is a sunny matte yellow that gives the baking area an optimistic lift.
