The bowl turns around a stationary tool, giving bread and enriched dough room to stretch rather than being forced around a central planetary head. The supplied roller, hook, scraper, beaters and two bowls create a broad baking system straight from the box. The Pure Orange finish is a saturated orange finish that turns a working appliance into a focal point.
