The bowl turns around a stationary tool, giving bread and enriched dough room to stretch rather than being forced around a central planetary head. The supplied roller, hook, scraper, beaters and two bowls create a broad baking system straight from the box. The Matte Forest Green finish is an earthy green finish with a low-sheen, furniture-like quality.
