What texture does the 6 mm disc produce?

It creates a visibly coarser texture with more definition than the 4.5 mm plate.

Is the whole plate the stated size?

No. 6 mm is the diameter of the perforations; the plate itself measures 70 mm across.

Which mincer accepts it?

It fits Ankarsrum Mincer Model 10. The compatible four-blade knife is marked with the number “10”.

Can the disc be used without the mincer knife?

No. The disc and correctly installed four-blade knife work together to cut ingredients as they pass through the housing.

Is it suitable for every ingredient?

It is intended for coarser burger, sausage and meat preparations. Prepare ingredients and follow the mincer manual rather than forcing bones, frozen-solid pieces or unsuitable materials.

How should the plate be maintained?
