    Comprising 8 knives plus a block, this set makes a great gift for the avid chef. Global knives are made of the finest stainless steel material. The blade utilises CROMOVA 18 Stainless Steel ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56 - 58° which allows it to hold a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel.
