Make your own Christmas sausage with our Ankarsrum Assistent Attachment Mincer and sausage horns.
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo minced Beef
- 0.5 kilo minced Chicken
- 30 g potato flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 700 ml cold water
- 0.5 tsp ground white pepper
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground all-spice mix
- 0.5 tsp ground cloves
- Rinse the sausage casings and leave them in cold water for about 1 hour.
- Assemble the assistent with the mincer.
- Mince the beef with hole disc 4.5 mm.
- Then mince the chicken with hole disc 4.5 mm.
- Assemble the assistent with the bowl, dough roller and dough knife.
- Mix the beef, chicken and the spices together with the water.
- If you want, you can now mince the batter once again in the mincer.
- Assemble the assistent with the mincer and sausage horns and start the machine on low/medium speed.
- Tie the only when it starts to come out in the first sausage carving.
- Remember to tie two knots between each sausage to be able to split them later.
