This vegan Oreo shake is blended creamy and thick with the powerful Ankarsrum blender in about 30 seconds!
Ingredients:
- ~150 ml vegan cream
- 1 frozen banana
- 200 ml full fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 Oreo cookies
- 150 ml plant-based milk
- optional, to enhance the cookie flavor: 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder and 1-2 cookies more
Follow these steps:

Preparations the previous day: freeze one banana and 200 ml of coconut milk in a silicone cube mold (or any ice cube mold) overnight.

When the banana and coconut milk are frozen and you are ready to make the shake, prepare the vegan whipped cream. Assemble the Ankarsrum Assistent with the bowl and whisks and whip the cream until fluffy.

Assemble the Ankarsrum Assistent with the blender.

Blend the frozen banana, frozen coconut milk cubes, chia seeds, Oreo cookies and plant-based milk until you have a creamy shake. Note: if you want the shake to be sweeter and taste more like Oreo cookies, add 1-2 cookies more. You can also add 1 tbsp of dark cocoa powder to the shake to enhance the cookie flavor.

Pour the Oreo shake in a serving glass or two and pipe the vegan whipped cream on top.
