About This Product

Fine grating can be slow by hand and difficult to keep consistent across a larger quantity. This attachment uses the mincer’s screw to move ingredients towards the rotating grater, producing an even result for baking, toppings and savoury preparation. It is not a stand-alone attachment and requires Mincer Model 10.
