About This Product

These discs use the mincer body as a compact pasta extruder. Feed walnut-sized pieces of rested durum dough with the proper plunger and support the pasta as it emerges, then allow it to dry before cooking. The discs are simple to swap, but they cannot operate without the Ankarsrum Mincer Model 10.
