Ankarsrum Assistent Original Grain Mill

Adjustable stones grind dry grain, coffee and dried herbs from coarse meal to fine flour using the Assistent motor. A 1.25 kg hopper supports useful batches, while the 0.25–0.45 mm setting range gives control over the finished texture.

About This Product

Milling immediately before baking lets the cook decide which grain is used and how finely it is processed. Turn the adjustment towards a coarser or finer setting, keep ingredients completely dry and collect the meal as it leaves the mill. The attachment is not intended for oily foods such as nuts or seeds.
