I recently tried making soup for the first time using my Vitamix A2500i, and it was a breeze! I started by sautéing Shitake mushrooms, onions, and garlic in butter, and then tossed in raw cashew nuts, veggie stocks, thyme, olive oil, and some dry herbs. After just 5 minutes, voilà! I had a piping hot, delicious, and healthy cream of mushroom soup ready to dig into. The A2500i made it super simple for a kitchen newbie like me to whip up a tasty masterpiece.
