About This Product

Home mincing makes it possible to choose the cut, fat balance and ingredients before a burger, sausage or falafel mixture is seasoned. The Assistent motor drives the auger at a steady pace, and optional discs can later change the finished texture. Everything required for basic grinding and sausage filling is included in this package.
