About This Product

The strainer makes best use of produce that needs a smoother finish than mincing alone can provide. Ingredients pass through the feed system while purée is separated from tougher fibres, skins and seeds. Because it is an add-on to the mincer rather than a stand-alone tool, the correct Mincer Model 10 must already be available.
