Fruit 'N Dates Smoothie

This smoothie is light, perfectly sweet, and full of fruit to make for a delicious beverage that you'll love to sip on.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cup (360 ml) coconut water
  • 4 dates, or honey to taste
  • 2 slices (225 g) pineapple, peeled
  • 1 piece (5 g) fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
  • ½ cup (70 g) frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup (75 g) frozen mango chunks

 

Follow these steps:

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, or select Smoothie program and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle.
